Hi Nathan, how does this work for clients? Do i send an initial message to a client so why have a connection, then they can reply when they want? And then they can proactively initiate any time going forward? Are the folders designed to keep each client in their own separate folder? How many codes required and why. Any other thoughts about using vocal for back and forth for numerous clients? Thanks!

Thank you for the previous answer. That helped a lot.
I bought three codes because I see strong potential in using Vocal for embedded voice messages on website pages.
I noticed the displayed name/title and message text can be changed per voice message, which is useful.
The one thing I haven’t found is a way to remove the profile image/avatar from the embedded player.
