Q: Tiers credit and what you say are different WHY?
You misleading the Sumolings as you sale different what you delivery. I thought to buy in your app but I'm get confused when I read some of your answers. 1/ Your AS sales page says "CREDITS PER MOTH" but in your answers you say 2/ " For lifetime (AppSumo) credits, there is no monthly reset — they’re a one-time lifetime pool. Whatever you don’t use simply stays in your account. Nothing expires or resets each month."
They are absolutely different

A: Thanks for pointing this out, and sorry for the confusion.
That earlier response was a mistake. To clarify clearly and correctly: For AppSumo (lifetime) plans, the credits are monthly credits and they reset at the start of each month. Unused credits do not roll over.
This matches what’s stated on the AppSumo deal page (“credits per month”). We understand how conflicting answers can be...
I see in some comments that custom domain has been added for "paid customers". Can you clarify who this includes? Do you mean your monthly subscriptions or are they included with any of the appsumo tiers? After all, appsumo purchasers are also "paid customers".
Thanks.

A: Hi there,
Custom domains are available only for our monthly paid customers, not for AppSumo users. In the past, we offered custom domains as a separate add-on, but that option has been discontinued.
Q: What would we need Image transformation API for?
I'm a service company so I don't see me having to use it but maybe there are use cases that would help? Thank you

A: Hi jojogo,
The Image Transformation API is optional and only works on images generated through MarkupGo. You can use it to: • Resize or crop your generated images • Add text or overlays • Compress or optimize them • Create thumbnails or variants from the same template
If your service business doesn’t work with generated images, you may not need this feature.
For the lifetime credits, do they roll over each month if they are not used in full for the month, or is it use them or lose them each month?
Also, are we allowed to buy more than 7 credits?
Thanks for the help!

A: Update / Correction
We’d like to clarify and correct a previous response, which was inaccurate.
For AppSumo (lifetime) plans, credits are monthly credits and they reset at the start of each month. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
You can activate up to 7 AppSumo codes on a single account. Adding more than 7 is not supported.
I've been creating and previewing some templates in the editor and I've noticed that for some of the longer form content we might want to template it stops displaying, the same html template works elsewhere though, wondered whether there were any limits put in place per template?

A: Hi there,
There’s no strict size limit on HTML templates, but the editor preview has a rendering limit for very large or complex templates. When the content becomes too long, the dashboard preview may stop displaying, even though the template will still work normally through the API.
Just a small note: if the HTML becomes extremely large or complex to the point that it breaks our rendering...

Hello,
For the lifetime credits, do they roll over each month if they are not used in full for the month, or is it use them or lose them each month?

Wait... the credits are one-time use?
The appsumo plans say "5,000 credits per month" for 3 codes.
That's a question I'd love the answer to as well
