One of the most awesome deals I've purchased on AppSumo - constant innovation, always works, features not found anywhere else. Upgraded to Tier 2 during BF25.

I got Meetn tier 2 in April 2025 and have been using it ever since in my community. I upgraded to tier 4 later this year to get more meeting rooms, just in case. ☺️

I have nothing but positive things to say. All my sessions with my community members have been flawless, UI is very intuitive and members like it a lot as well.

My number one goal was to be able to record my community sessions full screen without any cameras (from me as a host nor members) showing and this Meetn delivers beautifully. For example Google Meet can not do this at all, and recordings are always messy.

Support is very quick and I've always gotten help when I had a question.

I really can recommend this product with all my heart and am happy to be supporting Meetn with tier 4. I am gaining a lot for my investment. Thank you. 🌸

Pros

Interactive In-Room Widgets: Timers, pop-ups, buttons, and web pages can be displayed directly inside the meeting for more engagement and conversions.

Multi-Platform Live-streaming: Stream a single session to multiple platforms at the same time for wider reach.

Preload Everything Before You Go Live: I loved being able to load all my Slides, PDFs, videos, and CTAs—all ready in advance so the session flows without interruptions. It removes 90% of the stress.

Easy to Host Smooth Meetings: Meetn keeps the interface clean and simple, so you’re not wasting time searching through menus or settings.

Instant Replays After Sessions: Recordings are ready immediately with auto-generated replay pages—great for sharing or follow-ups.

Cons

UI Feels a Bit Outdated: The design works fine, but the overall interface still looks older compared to modern meeting tools.

Some Features Need Smoother UX: Breakout rooms, settings, and admin tools work well, but they don’t always feel intuitive on first use.

I bought meetn few months ago for teaching OSCE (clinical interviews). It is financially more cheap as compared to zoom. It has more capacity for attendees to join the webinar. The audio and video quality was alright in the beginning however, there were few issues. Issue 1 - video freezed at times. 2. In the chat, at times I had to paste a long question for clinical scenario but it used to cut the question after 2 paragraphs so had to ask my students to see the WhatsApp message to see the full question. Issue 2- No whiteboard to teach. Issue 3 - background images are gloomy. If you can fix these issues then you will be in the front line.

I had been searching for MONTHS for a product like this. I needed something where we could have language translation, good quality sound and video (including with screen shares!), optional passcode gating, breakout rooms (unlimited was BONUS) and large digital gathering with unlimited meeting time and recording options (multiplatform streaming option was BONUS). I did some dry runs with team members and was so excited that this will fit exactly what I was looking for--and more! Honestly, I've been raving to everyone about this product. It really fills a void in the market, and the team is continuing to update to make it even better! Which leads me to their team: I did MULTIPLE back and forths, even into the midnight hours for my time zone, as questions kept popping into my head, and the team was SO RESPONSIVE! Very pleased so far!
