Meetn has been one of the best purchases I've made! It works so well for recording my guest podcast episodes and it's so easy to use and user friendly! Thanks guys for all the amazing updates and improvements you keep on making as well! Really love it!

Incredibly rough getting a timely response. It took 35 days to resolve my inquiry and I had to reach out multiple times for updates to get anywhere, the level of redundancy needed to be provided each time was next level. Rough.

I know people are not going to agree, but that is okay. I have spoken to Moe Aduan /CEO and from our conversation he is working with the early or lifetime adopters of the software. We as business owners have to look at it and understand the company can't give us everything free, because they have to stay ahead of zoom. Now am I happy with this software yes, do I believe it can be better, yes. Meetn 2.0 in my book is pretty stable. I would say I do think this is the Zoom Alternative. Is it 100%, no but Moe Aduan and his staff are doing their best to get it there. Just hang in there!!!!

I love that I can meet anyone online quickly at easily, with a professional URL that is customised to my biz name. I use it to introduce my student to their online exam platform, then the cameras stay on, and everyone is muted for the duration of the exam.
Tonight I set up a second host in the system so he can handle an exam tomorrow night. It was great to be able to share screens with him and walk him through the back end of websites.
I love the lifetime deal and 3 rooms for me is all I need. Very happy with this purchase.

I’m very disappointed with Meetn 2.0. I purchased Meetn through AppSumo about a year ago and used it happily for the entire year. It worked as advertised, and I had no reason to look for another meeting platform.

Then Version 2 was rolled out with no warning. I can adapt to the new interface, and live meetings still seem to work reasonably well. My biggest problem is with the gallery-view recordings. The audio and video gradually drift out of sync, so the lip-sync problem becomes more and more noticeable as the recording continues. That makes the recordings unsuitable for the professional use I purchased Meetn for.

What has made the situation even more frustrating is the support experience. Tech support has been haphazard at best, and I have not received the kind of consistent help I would expect for a problem this serious.

I really wanted to continue using Meetn, especially because the original version worked well for me. Unfortunately, until the recording synchronization problem is truly fixed, I have gone back to Zoom because I need recordings I can rely on.
