I bought the Tier one a while ago. Instead of Melon it now says streamlabs talk studio and my Lifetime unlimited plan turned into: Current Plan: Basic Time Remaining: Limit - 4 hours 0 minutes Doesn't look like my plan is mapped to anything anymore.
Q: Since you have now changed the company name, and plan names?
What plan do we have now? It doesnt seem like I am mapped to a plan anymore, because you changed the plan name from Pro to Ultra???

A: Hello Pete! Your plan remains Pro. Ultra is a all in 1 plan that includes several other products like Streamlabs Desktop (Ultra features lie multistream and overlays), Cross Clip, Streamlabs Console etc. Your plan is supposed to work as normally, just make sure you are logged in using the same login method for it to capture. We have Pro thru Sumo, however, we still use StreamYard because 5-10% of the time, Talk Studio will drop all the guests, but from host perspective all the guests are still attending and so continues discussing not knowing host is talking to herself. Q: There is a major problem when going live and "local" recording.
The quality is horrible. I even built a new computer thinking it was on my end. I'm so disappointed with the quality of the stream and the quality of the local recording.
don't even wish this to happen u will regret it like me they have stopped all development of any few features even but fixes after renaming it talkstudio and merging it with streamlabs meanwhile its competitor streamyard is adding AI features
Make sure you are logging in with your email and security code back to your email. That may be the reason you are not seeing 12 available. You can sign into Melon wrong. I have done it wrong a few times. Does your broadcast say Powered by Melon? If it does you may have logged in wrong. I'm only saying this as I made that mistake today.
