I came across this app 4 days before my daughters wedding date. Now after reading the reviews I decided to give it a shot. The QR code was printed on each of guess's name tags that was placed where they were seated. The MC of the night explained what our guess needed to do to share their memories with the bride and groom should they scan the QR code. This app worked. first off it was very easy to setup with custom colors, Cname images, wording etc. The uploading to the app was very easy to use. Our guess used it effortless even old grandma found it easy to use.

5 star rating all the way. thank you for making this available and creating this app allowing people like me and my daughter to experience instant joy. Even though my daughter has to wait for her photographers to develop and edit her images and videos. However because of this app while she is on her honey moon she simply login into this app after the wedding day to view all her guess uploaded pics and vids.

I read comments on others who commented on the time duration you have until it's deleted. I am old earth we save everything. I did not find it a challenge. I did not buy this app to be my photo storage I got it to capture moments of time so I can save it on my device for my personal reflection. Lets keep the main thing the main thing it was not designed for long term storage.

I think that this is a nice handy product with some cool features and some drawbacks. But the biggest drawback that I have is the mis-representation of the term "Never Expires". On Tier 3, the promotion is that Recurring Events Never Expires and if you add your own External Storage, then your media also Never Expires. But after contacting support, what I have been told is that after 30 days, regardless is you have connected your own external storage or not, you will no longer be able to use the App to view/access the photos/videos. That means that I can only truly use the App for 30 days and after that, I have to direct my friends/family to my Google Drive to view the photos. That means that this is a short term product and it's value is only for 30 days.
Below is the response that I received from their support team, when I asked for clarification.

To clarify your second question: yes, after 30 days, the photos and videos will no longer be viewable within the Memogram app.

What's the point of buying something that "Never Expires", but you cannot use it after 30 days!!!

I totally understand the need to delete the media from Your Servers, but if we added "Our Own External Storage Device", the point is still that we can no longer use Your App to View the Media, even if it is on our storage device and not yours. So again, if we can only view the media that has been upload, and stored on Our Storage, for just 30 days, why bother with your App.
And your Recurring Event Type displays "Never Expires", so what is it that we are able to see, if you will disconnect the access to the media on Our Storage device, after 30 days?

This is one of my MOST loved purchases I have made in a long time!! For your business Memogram is a MUST. I use it at school, events, graduation, etc etc. It has so many uses. It's much more faster now so I know they are constantly making this the best app. The support is great and very helpful.

There are few tweeks I would like to see but not deal breakers mostly just small details I would find useful for my clients.

I would like to see support for BOX.com since the large school district I work for uses Box for storage and sharing.

I connected my custom domain without issue.

I would recommend you get the full stack to take advantage of all the bells and whistles Memogram offers.

I hope Memogram keeps on improving on upload speeds.

The only thing I would suggest would be the ability to adjust screen time of photos/video clips. Example: I can set my images to show for only 5 seconds but I can set my videos to play for 30 secs or a custom amount of time.

The team is very kind, patient and helpful, answering multiple queries promptly. It seems many queries have already been addressed and on the roadmap. It is a great idea and easy to use too!
