Q: Question About Stacking Mevo Plan 3 (Tokens & Limits)
Hi Mevo Team, I’ve already purchased Plan 3 previously. If I buy another Plan 3 now (3 more codes), will the limits stack? For example: Will I have 6M tokens per month instead of 3M? Will I get double the training character limit, seats, custom domains, etc.? Or is it just one-time access per account and cannot be stacked? Thanks for clarifying!
Unfortunately, it isn't possible to stack Plan 3 by buying multiple times for a single organization. However, you can buy multiple Plan 3 and use them in different organizations with a single account. So, with your existing user, you can create a new organization, apply the new 3 codes in it, you'll have 3M tokens/month for that organization too.

Q: Question About the Future of Assistant API Support
Hi Mevo Team,
I saw that OpenAI API keys will no longer be supported after May 1, 2025. Just wondering — does this also mean the Assistant API (where we link an assistant using its ID) will be gone too?
We will announce this officially soon, but after much feedback, we've decided to keep the OpenAI key and the Assistants API support available. (We already decided to keep web scraping and the custom domains feature as well.) We'll try to find hybrid solutions that won't affect our users' experience.
We'll be GDPR compliant soon, until we get there, anyone who wants to claim any action on their data can contact us by using hi@usemevo.com, so we can assist them.
Currently, our servers are located in Frankfurt, Germany.
How can I import an entire blog, whether it's my own or not, that has more than 100 posts? Alternatively, could you recommend a scraper to import the data into the knowledge base?

You can scrape your blog by using our integrated web scraper. With Plan 3, you can scrape 150 pages in a single session by using the Train with URL feature.
For knowledge, you'll have training character limits, and when you remove some old content, your training character limit will be freed.
We had an OpenAI key connection feature, but we've announced that we'll remove that feature and give some compensation to users instead of that ability, so if this is a real party breaker for you, please consider buying another tool. You don't need an OpenAI key; you'll have tokens/message credits in your plan.
We introduced message credits for non-AppSumo plans to make these calculations simpler, but since AppSumo plan owners have tokens in their accounts, some of them wanted to use the old system to measure. Therefore, we're showing tokens instead of message credits for AppSumo plan owners.

I have a client that want installed 10 chatbots on their Wordpress site, each on a different page, each trained with different data. Each chatbot to accept 10.000 questions per month. Chatbots will respond only from the data on which he trained on, and questions received from the clients, in time.
