A: Yes for Google via OAuth connection or URL import. As for TripAdvisor you will need to import those via a CSV file if you can get an export of them.
Yes. I'm currently using Senja on my website because they allow you to bring those over and I have a few people who've written testimonials there as recommendations. I know a few other freelancers and one-man businesses doing the same.
I see. You can also import them via CSV file. The issue though is the platform needs a star rating at the moment. I’d have to import them as 5 star reviews if I build the scraper. Are they scraping or connecting to LinkedIn via OAuth?
It scraped the review. I just had to provide a link to my profile, and it pulled the comment and added a LinkedIn logo in the top-right corner to indicate where it came from.
I built and added a scraper for it, but it can only add the ones shown on the unauthenticated page. I was able to grab a photo, name, and review, but not a date.
That's amazing! Not sure how things work on the back end with building scrapers, but you may be able to pull all of the recommendations if /details/recommendations/ is tacked onto the end of the URL. Either way, I'll check this out and probably buy a license later today.
No worries. I manually added the others and added the LinkedIn tag to them on my account. When I imported the reviews, the name and review came over in the data pull, but I did notice that it didn't pull the photo like you mentioned above. When I selected to include the source by the Avatar, a white circle appeared in the bottom corner of the initials of the user.
Q: Can clients access their own projects?
Can clients access their own individual projects with username and password?
A: Yes, with the white label account, you can make projects and then invite clients to their projects. They get an invite to sign into your client portal, branded for your agency.
Q: Can you add custom sites to request reviews from?
Is requesting reviews limited to big names like Google, Facebook, Yelp etc or can I add in a custom site that I choose? We have clients that want to get reviews on niche directory platforms. Thanks
A: You can request reviews on any platform. You can add them as links (buttons) to your review page, or redirect to one or more of them on a positive rating.
Sorry to be blunt. I bought Endorsal a long while ago but they stopped being responsive soon after the Appsumo promo. Feels like they took the money and ran :(
How can we be sure that More Good Reviews is here to stay?
You offer similar features so looks really enticing to me. Just want to make sure I'm investing wisely.
A: I’ve been listed here since July 2022. The app is profitable even with the deal right now. I plan to continue building this for years. I just launched new pricing tiers to get ready for the next stage of growth after the deal ends.

I tried to grab them all, but you need to be signed in to visit the detail page. Maybe there is a workaround. I’m not sure.
