The only problem I am finding in this is that when the client gives a review on Google and Facebook, then that data (how many reviews have been received on Facebook and Google) is not shown in the report which is sent to him after 1 week. Am I right?
That does work for Google. But not for Facebook right now. It will, ultimately.

1. It does not support right to left languages. 2. You can post to any platform by linking to it from the form via links (buttons), or redirects (on a positive rating). 3. Weekly reports are sent to customers. 4. The software has a strong emphasis on the outreach to collect the reviews. It's highly customizable and it can run on autopilot to get more reviews.
