Hello, On the reviews page, there's an option to suggest reviews using AI, which is great. However, the button only appears near the comment field of the form. Is it possible to also display the button above the external links so that customers wishing to leave a Google review can copy and paste it? A: Most of the customer-facing text is editable. We support 15 languages currently for all system text. I can add Croatian if you purchase a white label (3 or more codes). Just write into support afterwards via the support bubble on the site.

2/ Is it also possible to improve the translations on the customer portal? I see that there are some sentence structures in the French that need correcting.
3/ How can MGR know when a customer contacted by email leaves a review directly on Google? The goal is to avoid contacting customers who have already left a review. Thanks

When I tried this over a year ago the set up of cname and WL was super complex and confusing. Is this changed? Any video tutorials for this?

A: It shouldn't be difficult. It's a CNAME and TXT record for each: customer portal, images, api, and widget tag. There is a white label setup guide, and AI answers now on the site: https://docs.moregoodreviews.com/agencies/white-label
I have made improvements to the process and I get far less tickets nowadays. I have gotten praise actually regarding how easy it is.
