Is it possible to combine two Level 5 plans to manage up to 200 locations for a franchise?
If so, does the limit combine automatically, or would it be necessary to purchase a custom plan?
Can the platform send an alert when a customer posts a review with a photo?
If yes, can these alerts be received via email, SMS, or through the dashboard?

Oct 21, 2026A: I no longer allow stacking more than 5 codes now. The product has matured over 4 years, and I think the offer is very generous still. You can subscribe if you exceed the location limit, but also keep the locations you paid for here. So you'd only need to pay extra for more.
The system sends alerts for all new reviews. But I can work on your request regarding photos if you write into support.
The alerts are via email.
