Q: Considering Refunding Tier 3: Sent email with concerns and screenshots
Hi Viggy, I purchased Tier 3 excited about MyClone's potential as a voice knowledge assistant. Emailed you directly with screenshots. After weeks of testing, I'm considering a refund due to critical issues:
⦿ White label CNAME shows MyClone branding despite configuration
⦿ Page indexing (10 recommended, 100 max) too restrictive
⦿ Deleted knowledge base still appears after 2+ weeks
⦿ PayWall eats 20% session time during verification
⦿ Voice interruption doesn't stop responses naturally
Works as basic sales chatbot but can't be the comprehensive assistant. I invested in highest tier for advanced capabilities and would pay extra for higher indexing if bugs were resolved.
Recent reviews shifted from 100% positive to increasingly negative. I want MyClone to succeed - please check my email for detailed feedback with solutions.
