SyeQ: Feedback & Questions on Tier 3 Purchase – Website Indexing, Email SMTP, and Configuration Issues

I purchased Tier 3 I was excited about your product and want to see it succeed, but there are a few areas that need urgent attention.
1. Website Indexing Limit — The 10-page indexing limit was a SHOCk. This should be clearly stated upfront. My site has around 500 pages, and even 100 would be more reasonable.
2. Email SMTP — Emails are currently sent from your address. I saw your response another persons question. Could you confirm this is in development and prioritise it?
3. Configuration Delays — Some settings feel buggy. For example, I disabled access control and pre-chat form, but the system still prompted for email verification and displayed the form after a few minutes. Updates slow to take effect.
This is just my first day of testing, but addressing these would make a huge difference. Looking forward to your thoughts!

1. 10 is the default. You can update it to 50 right now. Happy to further increase the limit.
