Q: I’ve tried this and have some questions below
I’ve tried this and I would really love this to work but I have a few concerns. Firstly the talking is really stuttered and stilted. I know it’s a bot but will this improve or is this as good as it gets? Secondly my kids were in the background and it get stopping thinking I was talking? And finally is there a way to stop it making things up from assumed chat gpt knowledge? It has stated some things about my product which aren’t true. If I upload a document stating all these things strongly will it supersede broadly sourced knowledge? Finally I have different customer personas. Eg the way we work with referral sources is different to the end customer. What would be the best way to configure it to use for both types of customers.

Jan 18, 2026A: 1. voice/talking should improve. What we have currently is the floor.
2. We are working on VAD that should improve primary speaker detection.
3. We should strictly force it rely on the knowledge sources. If you can share the conversation through email where you found it didn't follow, would love to get to the bottom of it.

agree re the stopping if it hears something in the background - very annoying
We shipped a VAD (Voice Activity Detection) yesterday. That should improve background noise detection. Can you please let me know if it's fixed
