Abandoned app
app. If you go into iOS, you'll see that the last update was 5 months ago... and for two years it's been nothing but bug fixes; not a single improvement! No more comments needed...
--------
Review after developer response: I regret to say that the improvements (not the bug fixes) are not noticeable for users like me. I was encouraged to write this review because I read your responses to users. Since I purchased the subscription, I constantly delete and reinstall the app to see if there have been any advances, but the key issues remain the same, especially the slowness in generating the summaries, when I’m lucky enough for it to do so. I’m not talking about long-form content. My dashboard is full of titles without summaries and many "podcasts" that I never requested and cannot disable.

May 9, 2026Thanks for your support and feedback.
We’re actually pushing a major new version update tomorrow. The product itself has been very stable for quite a long time, so most recent visible App Store updates were bug fixes rather than large UI changes.
Both our iOS and Android apps use a cloud-connected architecture, so many improvements and feature updates happen server-side and won’t always appear...

The APP I wanted to Soo Bad To Love
(instrumental music) Okay, Sumo-lings. This is one of those apps that deserved a video. Not something written, not something that somebody thought was AI or anything else. So this is one of those apps that you really wanted to love. I got it the first time it was out on AppSumo, followed them on their Discord community, thought it was great that it had an iOS app. My Memo, what a great opportunity during technology where you really need the opportunity to bring all your technology together, where you can simply just share a webpage that you're on or share anything that you're working on, a Word document, a PDF, an audio, a video, a picture, anything you wanted, straight onto the My Memo. Heck, it would even make for you a wonderful streaming episode of like a podcast. It was great. You could even share that podcast. It even made you made a library that you can share the library. It was great until you start having questions when the information wasn't connected, when you would try to connect your iOS and hit share and it would error out, when you go and ask questions of the support team and they don't answer. And then when they would connect you finally with someone from support, the support person takes forever to get back to you and then says, "Please explain why you want to talk to me." And then it takes three months and they still don't get back to you when you send them a two-page email of why you want to collaborate with them about people with special needs, and the only collaboration you ask for is to understand more about the product. That's my issue. So Sumo-lings, if you're here reading the review wondering if I should buy the product, I'm only giving it one taco. It could be. If it's up your alley and you want to give it a shot, a chance for what might be in the future, a round two, maybe you want to try it. My only issue is too many bumps in their roads.

It's a good tool to have.
I purchased this tool the first time it came to appsumo. Its nice for saving information like notes, documents, links and more. It has a nice mobile app too. It has A.I. integrated into it and you can use your knowledge base with it in chat. It also provides AI summaries of all your stuff which is great. It would be nice if you could change the view when looking at things to list view like a file folder in windows explorer or like Google drive instead of only the option where it looks like sticky notes. I also would like to see the ability to create collections inside of collections. Also whenever I click collections on mobile it doesnt let me add anything, i have to go to the main menu and click the plus sign to add stuff to the collection. There should be a plus sign inside of collections to add stuff. It would be nice if they created a local app for desktop files. I hope to see even more innovation to the tool in the future and more expansion + integration with ai so that its truly cutting edge. Also increase in pdf size and I haven't tested epub but that as well

Great tool
I switched to it a couple of months ago and have really enjoyed using it so far. The experience feels smooth, clean, and convenient, and it has quickly become one of my favorite tools for saving and organizing articles.
