Hope to improve a Memo program so that users can add different types of notes/memos themselves.

Yes, it would be even better if I could input different types of notes/To do lists, not just save videos/bookmarks or the like.
For some users, this could make MyMemo very complete.

I really liked the idea of creating notes, and then chatting with the database I'd be creating.
The problem is, there is a bug that deleted my work!

Here's what happened:
I started a My Memo page on my desktop, finished it on their mobile app, and then today I see the app bug out, and all my work disappears.
I panic and open my desktop to see only the progress I had made on it yesterday.
I switched back to mobile, and now I'm staring at a blank notes form.
Then the desktop also updates to a blank notes form, and I've effectively lost all my work.

Can't believe this. Refunding NOW.

Currently I feel it is absolutely a deal breaker if I can’t trust the save function.
Although you are reassuring me it is saved in your database somewhere, this isn’t something I should have to hunt down support for.
Unfortunately I already deleted the app, refunded, and re-wrote my notes before I read your message.

I don’t want anyone else to experience the same issue and would warn against working on notes cross platform until it is fixed.
If you can confirm the bug is fixed, I will gladly remove this review.

You’re right, 1 taco isn’t fair so I will add extra notes and look at your app as a whole.
I added an extra taco since other features worked as intended.
Chrome extension worked well, except the ai summary wouldn’t work sometimes. Summary was good when it did work.
I liked the collections and the ability to organize my links. Saving websites was a breeze.

It would be a solid 4 tacos and I was intending on keeping it if I didn’t get burned by the notes feature.

I purchased MyMemo about 6 months ago, and honestly, at that time it felt a bit unstable. The app was slow, and certain features just didn’t work smoothly.

But the team is incredibly active on Discord, responding to feedback, fixing bugs, and shipping updates fast. There was no Android app — now there is. You couldn’t even add line breaks in GPT chat — now you can.

It’s still not perfect, but I genuinely enjoy using this tool, and more importantly, I believe in its direction.

I bought Tier 3 for myself, and recently got another Tier 3 for my wife. We’re both content creators and use MyMemo mainly for idea generation and script drafting.

While the GPT-4o output seems optimized more for summaries than creative writing, I believe this can be improved with better prompt tuning and using Claude in combination.

On top of that, it’s been incredibly useful for organizing language learning and general study content. It really helps keep thoughts structured and searchable.

I truly hope they add a custom prompt feature soon — this would address many current limitations and allow more tailored, creative output.

Overall, I’m satisfied. It’s a great tool that deserves more attention. I hope more people discover it, and that the team strengthens their marketing efforts — because this is a hidden gem that could become essential for many.

I feel good because I bought this product and I see it can have a great impact in my organization. O bought tier 3 because I expect to use it for a lifetime and with tier 1 and 2 will reach a day when some limitations will present especially in collections, with unlimited tier no limitations. I am expecting team lifetime deal as well.

Still facing glitches many times, but the overall experience of the app is good.
Here is what glitches i face sometimes and i am sure the team is working very hard to solve them and they will.
1. The AI answer bot fails to consider all the notes in a collection, it sometime comes up with NO ANSWER AT ALL, sometimes it says 'There is no data to refer to, or there are no files to refer to. or some weird answer of this sort. This is one of the key feature hence, i think team should figure out ways to fix this particular problem as early as possible.
2. Youtube summarizers fails many times, still i have observed a lot of improvement over a period of time. Maybe down the line it will become error free.
3. Sort collection by name, one click option is still missing. However, we can manually drag and drop and rearrange them just like in prehistoric times of computer operating system development, maybe in Windows 97 or nearby.
