could you please what is meant by "5,000 uploaded / prospects contacts" in basic plan? Can I delete the contacts I uploaded and reupload another list anytime?

Yes, Mystrika supports, Open tracking, Click tracking, Reply rate tracking, Bounce rate tracking, A/B metrics and everything else that you might require.

However, please note, we highly recommend not to use open and click tracking, as it can significantly reduce deliverability.

Thanks for your interest in Mystrika.
Mystrika by default use "English" as the warm up language.

Apart from warm-up itself (in english), you are free to use "Any Language" in your campaign emails.
Mystrika even provides you direct html access to your emails, so you can specifically design, anything / everything that you might need for your emails.

Q: Old LTD vs Now

I purchased a Level 1 LTD code in early 2023, how exactly are those old plans mapped to these new ones? I thought the policy was that LTDs keep up with upgrades to their level but on my dashboard it says only 1 email ID allowed (vs. 199 here). Please clarify

Mystrika's support is limited to issues within Mystrika and our team has been doing a really outstanding job at that.

Unfortunately a handful of our customers find it difficult to distinguish the issue that arises from their email service provider (and needs to be fixed by their esp) instead of Mystrika.
Eg, SPF/DKIM/DMARC dns configurations are...
