Q: Can NinjaPipe help manage and store client communications by project without data loss?
I’m working as an Assistant Project Manager at a digital marketing company, managing around 40 active projects. One of our main challenges is handling client communication efficiently.
We currently use Slack (free version), but messages get deleted over time, which causes loss of important project discussions. We need a solution where we can store, organize, and access client conversations—ideally grouped by project—so nothing gets lost.

However you mentioned projects. For this you can create groups similar to how FB, Whatsapp allows creating messaging groups. Would this work? If so, that'll serve your requirement.
