Q: How Workspace and Client Portal Work
Let's say I have 10 brands. Do I need one workspace for each brand? So, does that mean I need 10 workspaces? Also, if each brand has 100 clients, can those 100 clients use the same workspace? For example, 100 clients for Brand A use Workspace A, 100 clients for Brand B use Workspace B, and so on.

Apr 26, 2026A: Yes correct! Workspaces are for separate businesses that are different from each other (blank fresh spaces). Client portals are based on contact limits, and yes your scenario is correct
