Dose WhatsApp and Email work
Whats up both Incoming msg & Outgoing, how dose this whatsApp setup work please do help and guide me accordingly. Is this CRM like Simple by Zoho is it a cloud based application please do advise.

Apr 22, 2026A: Hey! WA syncs incoming/outgoing messages and shows it in the Inbox. We are working on an update to also sync the messages in the contact's timeline (optional choice). We currently support Gmail/Outlook for incoming and outgoing emails (automatic sync as well). SMTP is currently supported as well and we are adding IMAP to be able to sync incoming as well.
