It doesn't seem to me that this product has a clear Use Case. It lacks basic CRM/Pipeline functionality, specifically the ability to manage calling activity e.g. scheduling calls/tasks and follow ups and linking them to contacts and deals.
It would be better to get Deal Management sorted and worry about Automations, Quotes, Invoices etc later. That functionality is readily available in any decent financials/accounts package which any business would have

I rarely leave a review but I feel like I have to leave this quick review. There are lots of things missing and lots of little bugs BUT that's why it's the price it is. If they keep developing this product and it becomes a full-on CRM then this will be my best ever AppSumo purchase.
So far I'm just using it as a DB to store contacts and shortly I will try to use it for project management. The CSV upload of contacts with custom fields has worked perfectly as does the API which has allowed me to upload several hundred contacts without issue. Both have their limitations but I think that's to be expected and as LTD customers and it's our job to point out missing features.
Support was very rapid to respond to my first query but seem to have missed my follow-up question. I'll ask again in discord as that seems to be very active and hopefully my stupid questions will help others in the group.
I've added several team members and workspaces which all went as smooth as butter. I've added an SMTP account and it has sent emails (no receive capability as far as I can see).
So overall I'm very happy. Lots of work put in by the founder. It's already performing a vital function in my business and I can't ask for more than that (even though I will).
If it's still around in a few years and you didn't grab the unlimited LTD, you will be kicking yourself in the arse!
