When NinjaPipe first came to AppSumo, I passed on it. There were reports of bugs and a lot of negative feedback about it.

Now that it's back, I took another look at it and read recent reviews. I would say this is the Rocky story of CRMs. Their recent version (v4) has been remade from scratch and the interface is clean and so well made.

I decided to take the jump. I'm using another CRM at the moment, but it was another LTD and I like to have a backup in case my first option go belly up. Well, NinjaPipe might become my first option, now.

I created my account and explored the app a bit, but I must say, I'm far from having tried every option in it. So far, so good.

One of the reason I always kept an eye on this app is because Dinuka is maybe the most responsive founder ever. He's responding so fast to almost every request on Discord, it's like he's a cyborg and doesn't need to sleep. But that also shows devotion. My guess is that this guy will never even accept being #2 and won't sleep until he's number 1. That's really the kind of founder I want to support.

I think if they keep the momentum, focus on stability and continue developping the app, they will be going head to head with GHL in a short time frame.

Oh, and the mobile apps are great, too.

The tools works fine now, there was some cache issues at first but now works really great. I'm still in setting up phase but till now it is working really well. Hope there will major updates and more features like skrapping and other for marketing and sales. But overall in this pricing this is really great tool. Go ahead

I haved used many CRMs over the last decade. As a digital marketer I love a good CRM to track my lead generation efforts and more importantly one that can communicate to other tools.

Now this checks a lot of boxes of course, sms, mobile, apps, booking, forms, portals, invoicing, but what stood out for me is the workflows and especially excited about data bins (go check out their documentation on that) especially as someone who utilizes landing pages, ads, and needs their system to connect and send events, etc..

As soon as you see NinjaPipe, you will realize that from the Contacts to Workspaces, to supporting/ticketing system and documentation, everything is thoughtfully organized. The UI is impressive. I can easily groove through NinjaPipe and find the features I want.

Best of all is the communication from the founder. Always a good indicator when you can reach the founder, but I can tell the leadership and team are dedicated to making this project successful. They are clearly grinding through development/bugs while still responding to messages, and that is a testament I have seen through their communication.

This has been one of the best onboarding experiences. I have tried some recent project management tools that similar features, but I would still need to patch several tools together. This will allow me to house many of them in one place.

I say if your'e looking for the CRM to go all in they offer amazing features that you will eventually be utilizing as you scale your business. Now is the time to build in NinjaPipe!
