Q: How do I get access to proposal templates?

Hi!
I've downloaded this app a year ago and I was going to start using it now but I can't see any of the proposal templates. All I see are contract templates. How do I get the version that I see on youtube?
It includes features that I do not have.

Q: No support reply, no sign of life, no updates??? What's going on

Hello Notch team,

I am concerned about Notch, as I haven't seen any updates since the end of 2024. There are no changelogs, newsletters, or signs of activity. Could you please inform me whether you are still actively working on Notch or if the project has been discontinued? I very much appreciate Notch as a unique and great tool and would like to continue using it for my contracts.

Q: Is Notch dead ?

Several users, including myself, have noticed a lack of updates and support over the past six months, along with unresolved critical issues like password resets and promised features that have yet to be implemented.

Given these concerns, is the project currently active, or has it been abandoned?

Q: It's been over six months since you announced the launch of the new version and we are still waiting

Users wouldn't be surprised if you announced a shutdown, as the cost of your infrastructure is high and unsustainable without reliable MRR.

Q: How can I contact the support?

I wrote a message via the form and also sent an email to support@notch.so, but I never received a response. I would like to change my login email, but this is not possible without any support.
