A: Hello
Anything you produce is totally yours, this includes uploading any docuemnts etc. We do not store any data you upload - documents are only used for creation. You can sell on plans 2 adn 3 with no restrictions.
We do have an API but that is only available via our Enterprise platform - www.openelms.com which creates content form our LMS from documentation.

what does the Personalised branding actually do given i can see the open elms keeps showing on everything? how do i remove it so when it creets training its not there?

A: Hi Richard,
Branding can be changed within the editing suite. Editing Suite > Settings > Interface Tab > Replace Logo on menu. Note this is only possible on the enterprise version of the software (tier 3).
If I manually create a course from scratch (without using AI generation) by uploading my own PDF/content and editing everything myself, does it count against the 15 courses/month limit? Or is the monthly limit only for AI-generated courses?

A: Hi,
Currently the option to start a course from scratch isn't a built in option within our software, all courses are generated using AI and no blank course option is available. So yes any course created would count towards the 15 courses per month limit (for tier 3)
Suppose I am creating a program with 100+ lessons which require perhaps 500 screens. Can I create one AI-generated course and then use the AI assistant inside that same project to generate additional chapters and lessons without consuming another monthly course generation? Or does each new AI-generated chapter count as another course generation credit?

A: Hi
Thanks for your question, the maximum length of content produced by AI is about 30 chapters. To do this, set your course length to "In depth". You then have the option to add additional chapters manually and these manual chapters do not take up any of your monthly quota, as they do not use any Ai engine.
