Can the system create personalised certificates? So if I created a course and exported it as a scorm file which a company then imported. How does the system know who’s completed the course to issue a certificate with the users name and completion date?

A: Hi Phil, Thanks for your question, our Learning Generator system cannot create certificates directly. To access completion data as well as assessment scores, this will need to be controlled within a Learning Management System or similar (in this case the system where the SCORM file was imported to). I have noticed that my account now only has access to a single male voice, whereas previously there were multiple voice options available. I have not received any notification explaining this change.

Hi, Two questions - the plans offer X courses per month and X drafts per month. Do I understand this to mean that you can have only X courses live per month at the same time?

A: Hi John, Thanks for flagging, the draft feature is no longer necessary for the course generation process and and is being removed from the page to avoid confusion. And once a course is generated, it is live forever, and can be accessed/edited at any time.
For tiers 1 and 2, the company wide distribution means you cannot resell courses outside your organisation, on reseller sites etc. On tier...
First, i should say that I love this platform, but I need to dev more. Is there away to get more video credits. 3 will not cut it. I am not sure if 10 videos would cut it. More like 25-50. Or at least match the rest of the package. I already purchased your highest level. Please advise on what all of us can do. I see a common thread amongst users and this is a constraint. A: Hello Many thanks for your question. Your request is fair, we limit the video production since it is expensive to run per generation and in a lifetime product we have to make such limitations.
That said we are working on an extra credit system and hope to add something to the product to allow purchase of video credits in the next few weeks.

How do I get more than 15 courses a month? Can I stack 6 codes?
