A: Hello create a new content box copy and remove voiceover from it. Then spell your content phonetically in the vocied over content tag. Then hide this original content tag by reducing transparency of drag it off the screen. We are working on a better solution but this will resolve it for the meantime. Cheers Support
I have Enterprise but my logo can not seem to be applied .. Please point me to how to do this with detailed steps. Also, why does the OpeneLMS appear all over. Finally, is there a way to avoid the video and notes.transcipt buttons on the player when linking or embedding? Otherwise, super impressed with this! A: Hi Patriek Please contact support email for future enquiries, if you open the editor click on the cogwheel in eth toolbar - you can upload your logo there - it will appear in the menu when expanded. Cheers Support

Here are the details : My purchase was 3 codes for the Enterprise edition. According to the video posted here in APPSUMO I should be able to apply my logo and change the player settings. Logo doesnt apply, player settings can not be changed.
I want to use eLMS as a course intelligence tool. But the software I use to structure and sell courses doesn’t accept SCORM. What options do I have to export what eLMS creates?

A: Hi, Certainly, you have a number of options. Videos, PowerPoints, mind-maps, podcasts, games, documents, and assessments. Videos created by Learning Generator will be the most similar alternative to SCORM.
Yes, they can all be independently exported. Regarding assessment tools, quizzes work best inside SCORM format, but questions and mark schemes can still be exported separately
It's great that you can update the voice, but I would also like to update the character. Is there a way to do this to better represent my brand?
This is a great program, and I am creating excellent presentations with it. Thank you.

A: Hi James, thanks for the positive feedback. Yes you can upload your own character as an mp4 file. You can do this by either double clicking the current character and uploading a replacement, or you can press the narrator button in the top toolbar in the editing suite.
Q: Does Tier 3 include commercial resell license? if yes, how do we ensure only those people who paid can get access.

A: Hi, yes with tier 3 you can resell your content on platforms like Thinkific or Podia. Once you create the eLearning resources, you own them and can share them in a number of ways. But it will be the responsibility of the course selling platform/ course distributor to ensure that only those who pay get access to the elearning created.
