We have plans on our roadmap to make it easier to manage multiple clients, especially since we come from an agency background. We've also discussed access controls and other features, but it really depends on the success of our AppSumo campaign and our product launch. I'll add that we are firm believers in the Lean Startup method, so we are committed to developing the product based...
In principle, all future features that will be added to our Starter, Growth, or Scale plans will be included in the corresponding AppSumo tier. We may not include some features because they create significant monthly overhead for us, in which case we may need to add them to a separate plan or as an add-on. It will depend on the specific feature and the cost it carries.
The template limits make the tool feel built for a single business, not at all for agents or marketers managing multiple clients.

Q: What are OG image templates and Custom domains?
As per the question, are the image templates are those that is on your website? If I choose Tier 1, there is only 1 template available for me to work with, and for Tier 2, there are 5 to choose from?
As for the custom domain, do you mean white labelling of the domain name where the image is hosted? eg https://opengraph.b-cdn.net/production/images/abc.jpg to my own domain name?

A: Hi! OG image templates are reusable image designs you create in OpenGraph.xyz. You can start from a premade design, use AI, or build your own. Tier 1 lets you keep 1 template and Tier 2 lets you keep 5; that isn’t a limit on which premade designs you can choose from. Each template can generate different images for many pages by changing values such as the title or featured image.
Does the "OG image" limit reset every month, or do I have to delete images once I hit a certain number? If you ever hit the limit, you can always go into the dashboard and delete or bulk delete images you no longer want. You do, however, have unlimited bandwidth, so for example, if your image receives millions of requests, it's free....

so these can't be downloaded and used? why not add a download feature instead so it can be offloaded?
