Hi, Anthony I'm playing around with the system and have questions. 1) as far as I see the comments go in 1 feed for each task. So there is no ability to reply to a certain comment. If a client adds several comments and I will answer several comments that will be complete mess. Do you plan to implement the comment feed with threads. 2) I need to collaborate with a client on a document. If create it in Orchestra and ask client to review. how should we collaborate? I see the same feed of comments with no ability to see to which paragraph a comment relates and no ability to reply a specific comment. How do you see this collaboration? 3) how the project files should be organized? say, I need 100 images to pick from. Should they be stored in a task? 4) Do you have a team? How many developers? 5) How it is integrated with Figma and Google?
1) You're right, comments aren’t threaded right now, which can make things messy if there’s a lot of back and forth. It’s something I want to improve. The first step coming soon is versions, so you’ll be able to group comments and files by version of the deliverable. That way feedback won’t get mixed up between V1, V2, etc.
2) For docs, you can’t comment inline for now, I totally get how helpful that would be. It’s on my radar as part of the bigger upgrade to collaboration and feedback tools.
3) If you need to share 100 images, putting them all into one task won’t work well (Orchestra isn’t built to display that many files cleanly). Best option: zip the folder and attach it to a task. Keeps things cleaner and easier for the client too.
I’m currently solo on development but not for long. I run a dev agency and one of my developers will join soon to help scale things up.
You can embed Figma files directly into tasks or comments, which works well for most design workflows. No Google integration (yet), curious, what would be useful there for you?
Thank you for your quick reply. I asked about google integration just because it is mention in the product description, I didn't see anything in the interface. I was just curious about it. I think I would definitely use google drive and google documents for my projects. Sure I can add links in the list of the documents on in tasks. Maybe there could be better solution to access these files.
What is really important for me is that Orchestra will become my critical software and definitely it would be a disaster if you don't succeed and close the project. Solo development is not quite reliable for systems of that scale. And you also have a bunch of competitors. Generally I like what I see and the potential, and though some features are not here yet, it is possible to have work-around.
Q: feature request - toggle list function
hi Anthony - really like the software, bought and started to use it. And i really hope you try to keep it simple as it is now - its the reason i like it. Its just so easy to add more and more features and in the end its just as complicated as Notion and others. One request i still have - to have better overview of texts and content - toggle list function (to hide and show content inside). Hope this is not much asked. All the best in your journey of making good and focussed and helpful tool for us.
yes, like here in this document (as i cannot make screenshot here) https://docs.google.com/document/d/1NTk-Th1eE_TJJ5USpohNcdox7EdR2iUXObHP_FTuw-M/edit?usp=sharing
Q: Also for recruitment agencies?
Hi Team, does this platform also make sense for recruitment agencies?
A: Thanks for asking. Right now we only support Stripe, and we don’t have plans to add PayPal in the near future. If your clients can pay by card, Stripe will handle Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and most local debit cards without needing a Stripe account. I know that isn’t ideal if PayPal is your only option, but I want to be upfront so you can decide with full information.
Something to note, Orchestra is being slowly completely decoupled from Stripe and you'll be able to use it with feature parity even without billing with Stripe (but it will just be not automated)
Q: App?
Hello,
Your platform looks cool. Quick question - do you have an app? We'd be interested in using an app for tickets / tasks.
Thanks

Jun 17, 2025A: Hi 👋 Thanks for the kind words ❤️
Unfortunately no app as of today, but the website is fully responsive and works without any issue on mobile screens.
Hope this helps!

Jun 8, 2025A: Hi 👋
Thank you so much for this message, it means so much! ❤️
Yes, the goal is to always stay simple, while being powerful (this is I guess the hardest thing to do!)
If I understand well what you're asking for, is giving you a way to "clean" list within the editor if they're too ling by toggling them? :)

Q: Also for recruitment agencies?
Hi Team, does this platform also make sense for recruitment agencies?
RieraAnthony
May 28, 2025A: Hi there 👋 Orchestra isn't intended for recruitement agencies, but more for agencies with clear deliverable (design, code, music, ...).
You can probably use it and still find a lot of value to it, but keep in mind it's not intended for this!
