I have some questions to ask you. Please reply to them.
1. I want a service that allows me to add my custom domains to my emails, and I can send and receive emails from others. If so, should Paced email be able to provide this service? If you answer Yes then how do I use it?
2. What is the maximum number of custom domains I can add to this deal?
Paced Email can provide this service, yes. Currently, you may add as many custom domains as you need. Happy to help onboard you, let me know via the platform chat if you need any specific advice.
I'm not going anywhere! Paced Email (and now Vend Email) are doing rather well and I plan on making them even more robust and featureful over time. I also plan to make the business even more solid too.
Emails can be exported on a per email basis, but can certainly look into exposing functionality to allow you to do it in bulk if needed.
A: Hey! I do plan on releasing one, but as many users say, the current site is very mobile friendly and they all tend to bookmark the app on their phones as PWAs.
There's an iOS Safari extension which I do hope to eventually extend out to a more traditional app. Once that's done, I'll create an Android version too.
You can use naked/apex domains but you must ensure that no other email service is currently attached to it via your DNS MX records. Please see the advanced section here: https://docs.paced.email/article/6-adding-a-custom-domain
I've got a few active branches in development at the moment which I hope to release soon and announce to everyone. But generally speaking, Paced Email is what it is, right? What did you have in mind? Q: Hey Rikki,
I must say your email platform looks interesting.
If you don’t mind me asking,
1. Can you highlight, Star, particular messages?
2. Group messages that are received by particular senders?
3. I have multiple team members, can I set each up with their own email address under my business and they can login, receive, send messages under my brand? Will messages from different team members be private? For example, team member emails me but others are not aware?
4. When is the end date for this LTD?
I very much appreciate any additional information or assistance you can provide.
Glad you like the look of Paced Email! Let me answer those questions for you!
1. Can you highlight, Star, particular messages? I do plan on adding this functionality very soon. It's an idea with 14 upvotes so far: https://feedback.paced.email/b/7mlxnrm5/feature-ideas/star-emails
2. Group messages that are received by particular senders? Messages are currently grouped by the alias. So technically, you could group by sender if you use one Paced Email address per sender.
3. I have multiple team members, can I set each up with their own email address under my business and they can login, receive, send messages under my brand? Will messages from different team members be private? For example, team member emails me but others are not aware? This is all possible. You can invite teammates to your account and set their role (either admin or member). They should only have access to the inboxes that they are explicitly assigned to.
4. When is the end date for this LTD? Paced Email is currently on AppSumo as a "Select" campaign which started on the 3rd of June. I need to double check when it's due to end. I'll ask the team and get back to you.
These are all great questions and I hope Rikki was able to answer all of them! Regarding your last question- It's hard to predict how much longer this deal will be live. The number of codes available for each deal is limited (and codes are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis), so we can't predict when a deal will sell out. If you feel that this tool could help you or your business, we recommend you grab it right away!
Q: Hi there
I have multiple domain names, would I be able to use this on all my domains?
That's right, attachments is relatively new so I've limited the functionality in order to make sure the emails send properly. At the moment, Paced Email supports files up to 1MB in size and of the following formats:
Good suggestion, I'll add those extensions in due course. 25MB is currently the _total_ email size limit (including attachments) as imposed by the underlying email service provider. I'll see if I can validate the message total size to give users helpful feedback and keep the email provider happy!
Best, Rikki
Q: This looks fascinating.
Is there any reasons that this could not be used to keep an eye on emails my cs team is handling, in a digest format?
Like, they get them one-by-one, and I get a forwarded copy in digest format, just to skim what topics are coming up?
Q: Hi, I have bought paced email and have been doing some tests.
Do you think it will be feasible to be able to add the accounts created in outlook for example? will that be possible. I am thinking of providing my clients with personalised accounts using paced email directly from the back? is it feasible? or is there a webmail type access for example for a client who has an account john@mycompany.com ?? thanks!
A: Not sure if you got my reply, below but will paste it again here.
Hi rhs,
Your client will have to access their mail via the Paced Email web platform or via their mobile using our mobile optimised website. There's no direct SMTP access for external email clients as our underlying email service provider doesn't support it unfortunately.
Hi rhs, never say never! It is looking likely that a new underlying service may need to be developed as there's nothing currently on the market that does this specific set of features.
Q: So this is a platform to create fake emails but not working on any email client and no mobile app.
I probably don’t understand what you are selling because I get everything aforementioned FREE from Apple.
A: Hi Diocles, Paced Email is primarily a productivity tool. Its main aim is to prevent you from getting lots of random notifications throughout the day from email.
The aliases batch up your mail into groups by day/week/month and ping you once at a time you want instead of throughout your day.
There are many fake email generators out there. Paced Email can be used as such too, but that's not it's only selling point.
Q: Hi Rikki,
Can you track emails that have been opened, read, etc?
Can you select particular messages that is important and you will be notified via alert, via mobile, or when you open your account, you see the alert notice, hear a ding, etc?
I very much appreciate any additional information you can provide.
Tracking opens/link clicks etc is a direction I won't be taking Paced Email in I'm afraid. I'm a huge proponent of online privacy. In fact, I'll soon be introducing spy pixel blocking for Paced Email: https://feedback.paced.email/b/7mlxnrm5/feature-ideas/spy-pixeltracking-pixel-blocking
I follow the same sort of views as hey.com on trackers, read more here: https://www.hey.com/spy-trackers/
Paced Email doesn't support SMTP/IMAP at the moment as our underlying email service provider doesn't support it. I have had a think about future options, but nothing is solid yet. Watch this space!

Q: I purchased Paced Mail yesterday.
Do you offer a support desk that I can speak with? I can't figure out how to connect my emails. Thanks
Thank you for the reply. is there an ETA on this as it's currently a deal breaker for me as i have to include legal info in my signatures and therefore would not be able to move to paced until this was added?
Hi Lobos, I'm taking a look to see what sort of effort it will require to expedite.
Q: Hello,
1.
I have multiple domains (websites) with at least one support address in each of them, can I just forward all those emails to paced email account and reply from specific domain inside paced email platform. For example, lets say one reply should go from support@xyz.com and other should go from support@abc.com, can it be done?
2. Can you use paced email as regular email, are there any storage constraints like Gmail or constraints in terms of attachments size?
3. I don't understand burner emails concept. Means I know if I have to sign for newsletter, they want an email so can I use yours and then do what?
4. Summary and digest functions are not clear to me, for example how will I understand what all emails and their senders should be part of digest.
1. That sounds like an ideal use case for Paced Email. It will work, yes. 2. There's no storage limitations, just the usual attachment limits. The maximum message size is 25MB. 3. A burner email is one you intend on later deleting. For example, the sender begins spamming you. Burners generally have anonymous names and they can easily be generated in Paced Email. 4. Inbound emails are batched by day, week or month and are then collated into a single "digest email" and sent to you. This is to limit distraction and boost your productivity. You can also generate rules for bypass and forward to create the exact workflow you need.
1. Can you think about adding some third party storage integration both free as well as paid like " connected."
2. You may try to increase email sending and receiving speed along with better rules.
3. How will I configure summary and digest rules, as I will receive emails from different people, so what is underlying thinking to create digest and summary. Should I collate newsletter as one digest or how do others think about it?
4. Where are you based, team size and years in business, what three new features do you plan to roll out in this year?
1. Not sure what you mean about storage. Can you elaborate, please? 2. I'd love to hear what extra rule actions and triggers you're like to see. 3. Digests are per email alias you create within Paced Email. Any emails that hit that address get batched into the digest. Some people use rules to further segment by forwarding to more granular aliases according to their requirements. 4. I am UK based. The team is just me at the moment. My business has been in business for over 8 years. Paced Email is about 2 or 3 years old now. The next major features to roll out this year include: a sent view, an updated browser extension, an API, to name a few. More ideas can be found here: https://feedback.paced.email
1. By storage I meant, capacity of email platform to store emails, for example Gmail give 15GB storage space to free users whereas Yahoo gives unlimited storage space (as per my knowledge), so I was thinking if one can use paced email for regular use.
2. Extra triggers and rules can be ability to use paced email as autoresponder or for drip campaign, means add emails, then schedule delivery day and time and send email to recipients. Then you can use end to end encryption like Protonmail. You can also look at Superhuman to study their niche of speed.
3. So coming to my use case, I was thinking of consolidating my business domain emails and gmails, Yahoo all of them in Paced email and then receive emails. Also I assume while sending emails, I can just use a sender of my choice (like domain xyz.com or Gmail.com), please let me know if this understanding is correct. This way I can use it as an productivity tool.
4. Can I set a notification feature for specific one hour in day to avoid distraction? Also what about my data privacy, have you put any security and business controls in place?
Also do you plan to put tracking feature so that I can track metrics like time spent, email opened, link visited etc. Can it be done for all integrated email accounts?
1. Storage is currently unlimited and is part of the offering. 2. Paced Email currently isn't heading in this direction, but I could certainly look into investigating the needs. Would be cool if you could reach out to help me spec out this. I'd appreciate that. 3. Sending emails from your Paced Email aliases must be done via our web UI. There will be more apps and ways to do this in the future. 4. You can specify which hour of the day, week or month you wish to get the notification, yes. you may find these links of interest regarding your final question: https://www.paced.email/security and https://www.paced.email/privacy.
Finally, your tracking question... I won't be adding click tracking, open stats etc to preserve the privacy of your recipients. I'm also planning on blocking sender tracking pixels to protect Paced Email users too. See: https://feedback.paced.email/b/7mlxnrm5/feature-ideas/spy-pixeltracking-pixel-blocking
I hope all this helps. Have you had a play with it all yet to see if it will suit your use case?
Good suggestion. While it's not an exposed feature, it can be done on a per account/alias basis if you get in touch with me directly. Please see "Custom schedules" at the bottom of this help doc: https://docs.paced.email/article/14-available-options
Will I be able to compose "delayed" emails that will be sent on specific date/time of my choosing? In addition, will I be able to create reminder about that specific email so that I receive notification a few days prior that the delayed email is about to be sent?
That's actually a very cool suggestion. At the moment, no, it's not possible to do this but I could certainly take a look at adding it in as a feature. In fact, I've added it here for you so I don't forget: https://feedback.paced.email/b/7mlxnrm5/feature-ideas/send-later

Thanks
Also do you plan to put tracking feature so that I can track metrics like time spent, email opened, link visited etc. Can it be done for all integrated email accounts?
Thanks
Hi again!
Q: Please add Periodicity by hours...

May 15, 2024A: Hi Macnate!
Good suggestion. While it's not an exposed feature, it can be done on a per account/alias basis if you get in touch with me directly. Please see "Custom schedules" at the bottom of this help doc: https://docs.paced.email/article/14-available-options
Best,

Q: Interesting product.
Will I be able to compose "delayed" emails that will be sent on specific date/time of my choosing? In addition, will I be able to create reminder about that specific email so that I receive notification a few days prior that the delayed email is about to be sent?

May 14, 2024A: Hi AppMeister!
That's actually a very cool suggestion. At the moment, no, it's not possible to do this but I could certainly take a look at adding it in as a feature. In fact, I've added it here for you so I don't forget: https://feedback.paced.email/b/7mlxnrm5/feature-ideas/send-later

Very cool. Looking forward to seeing it added as a feature 🙂. I see it as a very valuable one that would make your platform that much more robust.
Hi lisa586, agreed! I've been looking at other email clients for inspiration!
