Q: If I have a file/paper that is hard print I can upload that as a PDF but to edit it I need tier 3, is that correct?
T3 is needed to actually edit something that is otherwise locked in PDF format, right?

Are you referring to scanning a paper document and then uploading it for editing? If so, scanned documents are generally more difficult to edit than PDFs that were created digitally.

I'm not sure if the lifetime subscription also lets me convert PDF files to .md files. That would be my only reason for buying it right now.

A: Hello Aj654! Our current conversion options include DOCX, XLSX, JPG, PNG, and CSV.
Unfortunately, .MD files aren’t supported yet, but I’ll send this as a feature request to our product team. I’ll let you know if it’s currently on, or will be added to, the roadmap.
Could you share a bit more about your use case for this?
I love the app, love the layout, love the UI, UX, but I notice it's quite slow to load and process. Is this something that I am alone facing?
