The service does not work as it should: most of the time it either returns an error or remains stuck with a “Queued” message.

We also asked about integrating a new model. By email, we were told that it was possible, but here we were later told the opposite. This inconsistency is frustrating and makes it difficult to trust the service.

At this point, we are seriously considering requesting a refund.

The terms of service ban using "any robot, or other automated device, process or means" to access the platform. In 2026 that covers almost any modern way of working. Browsers now ship with AI built in. Assistants can operate a computer for you. A growing share of creative work runs through agents that take care of the repetitive clicking. Under these terms, all of that is grounds for losing your account, and they can terminate "for any reason and at any time."

So you can't connect your own tools, and you can't let an assistant drive the app either. You're expected to click through every generation by hand, like its 2021.

Lifetime deals depend on trust. Buyers pay upfront on the belief that the company will grow with us. A company that sells a lifetime deal, then keeps the right to ban anyone for any reason, and treats ordinary AI-assisted use as a violation, is not standing behind its own offer. Rules this restrictive and backward-looking tell me where the product is headed, and it isn't toward the way people will be working a year from now.

If Phygital+ ever offers real API or agent access to lifetime customers, or rewrites its terms for the way people actually use computers today, I'd gladly come back. Until then I can't build a workflow on a platform that could shut me out at any moment, so I'm refunding and looking elsewhere.

I used glif.app to generate memes until they replaced their node based workflow to a prompt based chatbox. Phygital+ is the perfect replacement - it has all the functions and features that i need in glif.app v1 and is actually more intuitive to use. Well done Phygital+ team!

Phygital+ puts the top AI models for images, video, music, upscaling and text in one tool. You drag them onto a canvas, use them individually or connect them into your own workflows. Very up to date models, easy to use, and images and music are cheap in credits.

Downsides: no API or MCP, and video models use a lot of credits. If you want to create videos regularly, go for at least Tier 3.

The interface is clean, intuitive, and very easy to use, while still offering a wide range of powerful features. Having multiple AI tools available in one place makes the workflow much faster and more efficient, without constantly switching between different platforms.

I especially appreciate how well organized everything is and how the platform continues to evolve with new features and improvements.

It’s a great solution for designers, creatives, marketers, and anyone who uses AI regularly for professional or creative work.
