it's worth it and the support is really helpful and fast

I recently joined the AppSumo Plus plan to take advantage of the exclusive deals, but my first buying experience was disappointing. While searching for other items to include in my cart, the main product I wanted to purchase disappeared at checkout because it sold out.

It would be a huge improvement if AppSumo added some sort of warning or notification when a deal is about to end, especially for items already in your cart. Losing out on a deal because you're actively shopping for more products to add to your cart makes for a terrible buying experience.

As someone who was ready to spend over $2,000 in one session, I feel let down by a system that prioritizes speed of purchase over providing a smoother shopping experience. If the Plus plan is meant to enhance customer value, it should also include tools to improve the checkout process, like temporary reservations for items in your cart or clear alerts about expiring deals.

Overall, the deals themselves are attractive, but the shopping experience left me frustrated and disappointed.

Let's just say we make AppSumo a LOT of money on these LTD purchases... And we're not the only ones. Our thoughts (going on 3 years) as an AppSumo "plus" user:
- $25 quarterly "thank you" coupon with the hurry up expiration date, is not enough, we think they can level it up more,
- The one year annual expiration if a product goes bust, should be longer, considering we've spent thousands, yes thousands on software where some with no integrity have gone ghost right at that 1 year mark... Interesting, but yesss they have,
- We get AI is the newbie on the bunch but some of the services are so repetitive... We'd love some other tools and comparisons done?
- The support can be improved, and improved vetting for the sellers, meaning hold these providers more accountable... and to advocate "more" for the loyalists (like us) who keep keep hanging on.
