Q: Please could you respond to my questions asked on your chat program?
I am a Tier 5 or 6 member. It's been months since I received a reply. Is there a better way of contacting you to get answers quickly?

Q: It is possible to put a feature to filter pitch requests by location please?
I am UK based and exclusively work with UK based clients at the moment, I'd love to be able to see where the pitch requests are coming from rather than needing to trawl through to try and figure it out / guess from how words are spelled etc.

A: Yes we can look into this. The tricky part is that publishers can have HQs listed all over when in reality they are in a specific country and normalizing the data is somewhat tricky. It's a good idea though! We'll look into this.
Is it a change to use the database to contact journalist?

A: I'm not sure I get the question because I think there is a typo. Do you mean "is there a charge?" If so, then no of course not, you have unlimited access to the database.
I missed it. I just thought there are a few more hours left. And now it is gone. When you come back to Appsumo I will definitely buy as soon as possible.

Same here. I even scheduled a notification to myself so I would definitely not miss it but apparently I calculated the incorrect date as the end-date. That's what I get for getting blind-sided with an out-of-the-blue congenital heart defect that I had been unknowingly living with for decades. Please bring this one back.
