I’m not sure if this is possible, but it would be really helpful to have the option to select a few steps, specific sections, or even the entire map and export them into a pre-formatted SOP or step-by-step guide. While I like the mapping view, there are times when I need to print or quickly reference a written guide.

A: Hey JDPeters, thanks for your question!
Right now there isn't a way to export a section or map to a pre-formatted SOP. However, we're ideating a "Guide" feature where you'll be able to stack step cards into a linear path for users to read like a more traditional step-by-step guide!
A: Great question — no, you don’t have to self-host anything.
Puzzle is fully hosted and managed by our team. You just log in through your browser, and we take care of the infrastructure, updates, and security on our side.
How does "seat" functioning? Is it maximum that can access and edit in one time. Or kinda fixed invitation?
I already bought Tier 3 btw, want to know how exactly to count the seat. Tq

A: Hey Yassir! Happy to answer your question.
Seats are the maximum users you can invite *into the workspace* to build and edit maps, but then, you can use Public shareable views to share your workflow maps with others without inviting them as a "Seat".
thank you for a tool that solves a vexing challenge that is more and more relevant as competing, overlapping Saas proliferate. for me there is confusion when LTDs are not mapped clearly to a plan the company offers. in best cases, software will say "all future upgrades for X plan" which is not shown anywhere for Puzzle. relatedly, i notice that the way Puzzle's Tiers are listed here does not fully...
Q: Custom Nodes for Lovable/Replit & Make Integration
Hi! I'm building an AI automation stack using Lovable.dev (Frontend/SEO), Replit (Deep Learning Backend), and N8N/Make (Logic).
I have 3 questions regarding your tool's capabilities:
Custom Entities: Since my services are self-built, can I create custom blocks with my own names and icons for Lovable and Replit, instead of just standard SaaS logos?
Project Specifics: Can I create distinct...

A: Hey Devin, happy to answer these questions.
1. Custom Entities — the way I'd recommend you upload those tools using whatever name you call that tool from an internal or external branding perspective. For contrast, I don't call Puzzle GitHub just because the code is hosted there, I call it Puzzle because that's the tool's name. The tool directory moderators will likely remove any duplicate...

yes, you're right 🙏🏽.
there is a new(er) dropdown that has it that says "Deal Terms and Conditions" that wasn't the case before and i am not yet used to the new UI.
very good to know, and i will ask Appsumo if they might keep such an important thing visible.
thank you for responding in time to purchase the deal.
