Q: Can Claude MCP connector be used with other Language models
I'm running Open Claw and want to use Puzzle with Open Claw. I need a MCP, but since I'm not using Claude with Open Claw (since it's not available inside a subscription), I wonder if you can use Claude MCP connector anyway, since MCP is an open standard?

A: In order to use the MCP connector, it requires an authorization step to access a specific workspace. Those authorizations steps only appear natively when you use the MCP URL through a Claude or Chat GPT interface. Unless there is a workaround that we are not currently aware of.
I plan to use Open-Claw sub-agents for different purposes. To ensure the same predictable output each time, I need them to follow the same exact process. Do puzzle support some kind of 'Process-gates', where I can instruct the AI-agents to follow a specific process, and not jump to the next step, before all prio sub-steps has been done?

A: Our platform doesn't provide those gates, you'd need to build your agent's skills or write the specifications into the notes of each step that it references within Puzzle as "required steps" to complete before pressing forward.
Based on my agent's performance via Hermes, hardcoding that into the skills / cron job you're creating would be quite easy, especially if you put those instructions...
How can i hop on a video call for demo/ onboarding so you can point me toward the existing Claude MCP integration as a workaround for AI Credits? please confirm BYOK is coming for Tier 3 and 4?
