Very helpful already. Excited to see some of the developments on the roadmap

It's a tool with potential; however, I found some shortcomings in its functional and operational design.

1. I invested considerable time in gathering and classifying all the tools I will later use in workflows. This task must be repeated if I create another workspace. It would have been very useful to be able to duplicate the "tools" section for use in another workspace. Even duplicating an existing workspace could be helpful.

2. The way and possibilities for classifying tools are quite limited (currently by status and by group). Perhaps adding tags could offer some other useful filtering options.

3. Selection tools are limited. If I need to select all the elements (for example, to move them), I have to do it one by one. To be able to move them all together, you must have planned to group them in a section.

I will consider a refund.

EDIT: In response to the reply.

- SHIFT + Click to drag. This isn't feasible for a panel with 200 items; you can't be clicking on each one individually until everything is selected...it's not efficient. I correctly explained the scenario where I needed to move ALL the items.

- Point 3 mentioned two possibilities. Obviously, as you correctly explained, duplicating a space might not be an option. However, duplicating or exporting the existing tools within one space to reuse them in the next could be very useful. Many of us use the same tools in different projects.

I just purchased the product and wanted to add a new tool, turns out the image did not upload correctly. Then I said to myself ok, I'll just go in and edit it and try I will try different logo... Then I use the AI agent to ask how to make the change and turns out the feature does not exist! I have to reach out to support to make the change. Not off to a great start.

As someone who may or may not have purchased too many lifetime deals... 🤪

I've shifted my focus when hunting for deals to only seeking software that I can implement quickly with a low learning curve and significant impact across multiple areas of my business.

This tool is a true gem with:

1. A very small time commitment to learn and operate

2. Yet it makes a HUGE impact on literally every single area of my business

You don't need an MBA, read more than 3 pages in a Peter Drucker book or spend very long on YouTube to realize that the MOST successful businesses put a high premium on having DIALED-IN business SYSTEMS and operational processes.

I don't know about you - I don't have time to learn process modeling or become a business systems expert via vast extensive study.

However, as a CEO, I need to plan out how my business runs in an environment where we're increasingly leaning on automation, various software apps, and multiple team members. I need to stay on top of all these moving parts without becoming an expert in every corner of my business.

This is where this app shines. It will leverage what the experts know matters most for designing and implementing processes and lets you lean on the software features to be your guide through those critical components.

If you've ever tried to accurately represent this process via Google Doc you know how impossible it is!

We are avid Boardmix users which is better than Docs, but this tool right here is simply next level for all the pain points I had been experiencing previously, from speed of development, intuitive representation of certain workflows and UPDATING BOARDMIX WHEN THINGS CHANGED WAS IMPOSSIBLE COMPARED TO THIS (check out the Alias Step feature, you're welcome! 🔥)

I need to be able to navigate to the particular software where business processes are happening so I can investigate things ON THE FLY, see what's going on, or perform tasks as needed. This tool lets you do exactly that.

PRO TIP:

Please do yourself a favor and learn about the @ feature mentioned in the step titles - this is the biggest time-saving feature of all.

You can write out the description and title, then tag the different apps, team members, departments, and information you need in one step. Paste that into the step and voila - minus your step notes, everything is set up. This was probably the biggest game-changer for me when I did the full online demo.

The founder has built a great community around the tool on Circle.

I don't want to spoil anything, but I had a chance to talk with Brian on a call, and given the future vision of this company, there are very few deals that come through AppSumo with a ceiling as high as this one.
