Puzzle is genuinely awesome, even without AI.

Add the AI features, and it turns into a serious timesaver. The kind where you pause and think, yeah....this just paid for itself. You cant really not use the AI functionality.

Tonight, I used the new AI tools (called Nova) to build several complex automation and AI‑agent workflows in minutes. Everything was logged, connected, and documented automatically. Clean mappings. No gaps. Honestly… it was impressive..

Tokens and Credits
There’s no BYOK. Using AI costs real money. I can’t yet give an exact cost per workflow because it depends on what you’re building, (Nova ai didn't compute token usage) but expect pricing similar to other AI‑powered tools. You’re paying for speed, convenience, and solid results and in practice, the time saved easily outweighs the token spend.

Support deserves a call‑out. Responsive, helpful, and clearly invested in the product. That matters more than most people think. I do like the product, the new ai features and the team.

LTD Pricing (The Only “Hmm” Moment)
For LTD users, AI token pricing is the same as a regular subscribers. HUH???

That said… this part feels a little weird.
The real value to the software is the AI and toekn usage.
If you own the software via LTD, paying the same token price as a subscription user doesn’t fully compute. Whats the point. The LTD would need to fall back to being $59 not THE $$$ were spending.

I don't think appsumo has figured it out but it will annoy so many users. Just the elephant in the room, that something that stands out and feels slightly off. You really have to calculate the value for yourself to see if its a fit.

To be honest, the LTD is not worth it. I will be happily spending 10-20 per month on tokens. So the LTD was a waste of money for me.

I think this could be fixed by including 1yr of tokens upfont for LTD users. But again this changes the dynamics of the LTD business.

Bottom Line | Puzzle totally delivers. | THE LTD Not so much.
If you care about saving time and building real workflows fast, it’s absolutely worth using, AI costs and all.

A solid tool with a great team. It's already proving to be an amazing piece of software. Nothing much better or more helpful than having a good thorough understanding of your systems and processes to help drive your business forward. Looking forward to seeing what the future holds too. Kudos to the team behind this.

It is so nice when something just WORKS - and makes your life easier. I picked this up on a whim - and I'm so glad I did. It has really helped us visualize and map out our tech stack.

Also, their team is truly great. Their AI bot had been a bit frustrating, but was picked up by a live person without prompting. I really appreciate the attention to follow up.

I used to use Miro and Lucid, but Puzzle is just different... definitely better for complex automations. The way it connects to Make and Zapier is a lifesaver: it literally imports the workflow steps, so I don't have to draw them manually every time. I simply sync my scenarios and voilà, the diagram is practically ready. This is a huge time saver for those designing workflows, and it's also useful for me for my AI automations.

The best part for me as a consultant is the documentation in the sidebar. I can embed videos and Loom standard operating procedures directly into the nodes, so when I hand off the project to my clients, they don't get lost in the technical details. They can just click a box and see the instructions.

The cost calculator is also useful for showing my clients how much they're saving with AI. You enter the hourly rate and how many times the process is run... it makes ROI much easier.

The interface is sometimes a little slow when the map gets huge and It has too many icons, and the zoom is a little weird on my trackpad, but it's still worth it. Definitely a game changer for my consulting firm. If you build systems every day, you need this." Thanks appsumo for this deal

I have been with AppSumo for years, and I have purchased my share of products. I have left only a few reviews, because I end up not using most of them, if I am being honest. And so this year I wasn't going to renew my annual subscription because with A.I. and what not, I am building my own software these days. And I almost made the mistake of letting this one go, in fact I did. The only thing that brought me back was the "opportunity discount" that came with renewing my AppSumo for a year, because I couldn't get to it any other way.

Now - full disclosure here, I have only been driving this Puzzle around for about an hour. Yet, It's more then enough time to be so impressed that I had to leave a review before it left - and my fellow AppSumoer's (?) missed out - as I ALMOST did.
- Who should get Puzzle? any one that has documents,
- google documents, Microsoft word documents, document with links, documents that clutter and documents that get left behind in your mind because you have so much going on.
- So Don't get this if you are already super organized and super aware of where all your stuff is on your computer. But, if you are not and you need to bring some sanity into your organization, this is the end of the rainbow! You have found the gold.
*It is very GUI friendly
*You can tell it was developed by someone who had a Neeeeeedddd! for it
* the price is right Bob, so come on down!
* it is very intuitive - you won't spend a lot of time just figuring out that its another product that you won't use.
* you will instantly know whether it is a keeper or not > SPOILER ALERT -- Its a Keeper.
## IF I had developed a dashboard for a product that organizes my workflows, my computer and internet tools (and man they have them all, even "Kartra" which I can never find)
## THEN it would have been Puzzle.
