11labs AI voice (and openAI voices) are included in Tier 3/4/5.
Voice cloning at all levels is 11labs as of now.
Voice cloning has 2 options - instant (which is what 99% of users use) and professional (which requires a very long sample). Instant is the default for everyone. Professional cloning we will add soon. We received more slots for professional and doesn't cost us much more...
Clients = Users is as per the tier you buy. See the plans table above and you will see a row called used users. That's the number. You allocate quota to each user.
After watching your video comparison between Quickads.ai and AdCreative.ai I'm likely going to purchase your deal. I didn't realise they were a competitor.
You should consider writing a Quickads vs Adcreative section on your website. I feel like doing so will clearly state what your platform does. And with the return of Adyouneed recreating a desire in Sumolings for Adcreative.ai, I reckon you can capitalize on this.

Can you please clarify if the voice cloning is using eleven labs instant voice cloning (IVC), or their professional voice cloning which is much more accurate.
Would you be able to include the professional cloning starting at tier 3? I think that would be a good fit since tier 3 is where it jumps to the agency plan and also where you are using eleven labs for the other voices as well.

We can offer professional cloning as well in tier 4/5 soon. Not an issue. Doesn't cost us much more. Need to find time to do the API changes. Will do.
