A: 1. Yes. QuickSigner supports multiple types of fields, including text fields, checkboxes, and more. These fields can be populated either by the sender or by the signer during the signing process.

2. No. Conditional fields (i.e., fields that appear or change based on previous responses) are not supported at this time.

A: You can send an unlimited number of reminders, with the limit of one per day.

When it comes to DocuSign, our technology and signature security are on par. While we may not offer every single feature DocuSign does, we cover the most common workflows and needs—making our solution a strong alternative at a much more affordable price.

A: We don’t currently offer Zapier or Make.com integrations. However, we do provide a standard REST API that you can use to build custom integrations. You can find the documentation here: https://quicksigner.stoplight.io/

Q: I run multiple companies. Can I send documents for signature from three different email addresses, for example:

me@company1.com to all my Company 1 clients, me@company2.com to all my Company 2 clients, and me@company3 to all my Company 3 clients? Or is the FROM address always the same?

A: Email notifications are always sent from QuickSigner’s own email address. However, on the signing page we display only your account’s verified email address so your clients know the document is coming from you.

If you’d like to send documents on behalf of multiple companies, I’d recommend our Tier 2 plan. It includes support for multiple users, so you can set up a separate account for each...
