A: Both of these functions are possible when you edit the fields while creating the sign request. Simply click the Edit button under the Signatures and other fields section, then place the Date and Signature fields where you want them.
When adding the Date field, you’ll also be able to select the desired format (including dd/mm/yyyy).
Thanks for hosting a deal on Appsumo. I'm genuinely intrigued and trying to decide on purchasing it.
However, most tools have a set amount of usage for each feature but when there is a one-time allocation but I understand your reasoning for that as I've researched some of your answers. I just need to know what is the cost for API usage once that allocation runs out I can't find that anywhere? Without the API usage cost I can't decide which tool is better for me.
A: We currently offer a Custom Branding add-on, which lets you use your own logo and brand colors. However, custom domains are not supported at this time.
A: Yes, absolutely. We provide a flexible REST API that supports the most common integration needs, making it easy to embed document signing directly into your dashboards. You can explore our documentation here: https://quicksigner.stoplight.io/.
I am unable to register users for our Tier 2 (5 users). I keep getting this error: “Error: User not found, make sure the user has signed up.” Do users have to sign up for your free version before I can add them to our paid version?
Also, when I try to add myself (confirmed email) to a seat, I get an error in a foreign language: Error: Nu Este Permis
A: Yes, you are correct — in order to add users to your paid plan, they first need to register for a free account. Once they have signed up, you will be able to assign them a seat on your Tier 2 plan.
Regarding the error message you encountered, it was a localized version of the error. We’ve just fixed this issue, so you should now see the message in English.
Please try again and let us know if you continue to experience any problems.
Q: Date Formatting & Form Signing
Hi Team,
I was wanting to know how we can change the date formatting to dd/mm/yyyy instead of mm/dd/yyyy?
Also, how can we organise the applicant to open the document and click to sign instead of them drag and dropping it manually to speed up the process?

Hello Support,
I am unable to register users for our Tier 2 (5 users). I keep getting this error:
“Error: User not found, make sure the user has signed up.”
Do users have to sign up for your free version before I can add them to our paid version?
Also, when I try to add myself (confirmed email) to a seat, I get an error in a foreign language:
Error: Nu Este Permis
Please help
Thank You
