If hte customer chooses 1,2 or 3 stars he gets directed to a form to fill in with his complants, if the client chooses 4 or 5 stars he gets redirected to Google Reviews. A: Custom email notifications from your own domain are not available inside Quizify. Suppose you want to send emails from your domain. In that case, you can connect Quizify with any external email marketing platform (like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.) using our integrations and send emails from there. A: Credits are used for: 1 credit = 1 AI quiz builder run 1 credit = 1 email sent through Quizify 1 credit = 1 additional quiz response after your monthly limit is used up AI import questions (coming soon, credits based on the number of questions imported)
Credit cost: $1 = 100 credits
You can purchase credits after logging in to your account.

Sep 16, 2025A: 1. We only send data from completed forms, not partial submissions. Data can be sent via Zapier, Make, or Google Sheets integration.
2. Quizify is not WordPress-based — you can embed it on any website.
3. CNAME (custom domain) is not available yet, but the subdomain feature will be live by the end of this month.
4. Yes, you can create Typeform-like forms with one-question-per-step layouts.
