Q: Custom SMTP email notifications not available on AppSumo?
Hi, thanks for building such a neat product, I wanted to connect my Sendgrid account and got prompted to upgrade to Quizify Pro, does that mean that custom SMTP is not supported on any of your AppSumo plans? Also, do you plan on integrating with Sendgrid? If so, may I know the ETA?

A: The custom SMTP option is available only in the Tier 4 plan. You can connect your own email provider there. A direct SendGrid integration is not available yet, but you can connect it in Tier 3 and 4 through Zapier/Make if needed. I have noted your request for SendGrid integration and we will add it to our roadmap. Thanks.

Yes, that’s correct! In Tier 4, you can connect any SMTP account, including SendGrid, and start sending emails directly through it. However, SMTP is only for sending emails — if you want to automatically sync leads or contacts to your SendGrid account, you’ll need to use a Zapier/Make automation for that.
A: Yes, in the Tier 2 plan you can publish up to 10 funnels. You can still create more drafts, but only 10 can be active (published) at a time. You can take the Tier 3 plan if you don't need any restrictions.
Is it possible to use webhooks directly via make.com or n8n without e.g. Google Sheets?

A: Direct webhooks to Make.com or n8n aren’t available right now. Webhooks are on our roadmap with no fixed date or plan decided. Today you can use our native Make or Zapier integration to trigger on completed submissions and then forward that data anywhere, including posting to an n8n webhook via an HTTP step in your Make/Zapier flow. Data sent includes questions, answers, user info if collected, result details, and completion time. No partial submissions yet.
Q: can I embed the sign-up form from my email provider so they would go to my email list directly?
in which section can I do that? I didn't see a tutorial on your YT

A: Not possible to embed your email provider’s signup form directly inside Quizify, but we have integrations with top email marketing tools. You can also use Zapier or Make to connect with any other email providers and send leads automatically after form submission.
I’m curious to know if Quizify is useful for assessments in wellness coaching industry? The results is not to lead to a recommended product but a scoring evaluation responses. I’m thinking of buying tier 3.
