I got Tier 5. And I share your pain. Appsumo is a reputable company and I hope they do the right thing.
Rake has been disappointing. Full of bugs and support was non-existent. I waited and waited for it to come good and finally when it's time to deliver, they decided to throw in the towel and close it down.

What happens to the people who purchased the highest tier only a few months ago? They did not even bother to inform the existing customers.
The app was down long before above link was posted (7 days ago) . They posted the link after i publicly started enquiring them about rake.ai
