Q: I've not been able to login to my Raklet account for 2 weeks with no option for 'forgot login or password.
Cannot find email address and just offers create new organisation. No support option without logging in either. Hence question here. Looks like a refund is due as have one day to initiate it. Thank you

Do participants of a discussion board receive an eMail with the content of the message and can participants reply to the forum entry via eMail without having to log into the discussion board? So the question is whether forum members can both read, reply to or recreate a message by eMail and alternatively respond online using the forum software.

We send automated emails to members when there is a new post in a board.
We don't have the feature to reply via email yet but it's a great idea. We added this one to our product roadmap. 🙌
Thank you for the information. I have (unfortunately) already returned my Tier 5 investment. It was too uncertain for me if the functionality will actually be implemented. I'm currently testing the forum within tiki.org, where it could probably go with. I will keep an eye on your project, even if it is no longer available on Appsumo!
