Common crooks!
Zero response to inquiries, zero app functionality after the AppSumo offer ended a few weeks ago. Recently, I received a tempting email from them, claiming to offer a premium for placing their banner on their website (obviously not at the address I used to purchase through AppSumo). Pathetic. Zero credibility.

Not recommended, do not buy!
Another
I liked RanksPro at first — it was affordable, accurate, and support was responsive. But after a few months the rank tracker stopped updating and support disappeared. They only only focused on paid add‑ons.
Overall: started great but reliability and support collapsed, so I can’t recommend it in its current state. AppSumo should take action against vendors who abandon their products shortly after launch and leave customers stranded.

Thanks for nothing!
I purchased the RanksPro lifetime deal. At first, everything worked well, but for months now, the main feature I paid for has been completely non-functional.
Instead of fixing the paid feature, RanksPro is releasing new features only as subscription-based options. The support team doesn’t respond at all, and through AppSumo I was told only vaguely that the feature will be restored “eventually” – with no timeline.
This feels like a bait-and-switch: sell a lifetime deal, then disable the main feature and push new subscription models. Very disappointing – I cannot recommend RanksPro in its current state.

Well that was an expensive rank tracker for less than 1 year
Perhaps the sales model of charging extra for any new features didn't go down well with anyone else either. Seems pointless to sign up for a LTD with the promise of getting all future updates aligned to the plan you sign up for if companies just don't add any features to any plans (or create completely new 'plans' that aren't related to their existing ones) and only add paid add ons for all customers as these guys did. So sticking to their promise as everyone got to pay for new features, which is probably something AppSumo needs to look into I'd have thought as it kind of goes against one of the main ideas of the site doesn't it, or it that just my interpretation? Guess there wasn't much of an uptake on the paid add ons and other than that there probably wasn't really anything particularly new or unique about RanksPro and so it would have just been another similar product in a market with lots of other options doing the same things and perhaps that's why they've vanished, pity as the rank tracker did work, even if it was only for 9 or 10 months (wish I hadn't stacked those codes though, ouch!). Sounds like others have been through similar situations a few times, which is fair enough as people know they are signing up for new products and there is a risk of failure, hence you get the benefits of the LTD and benefits of future product developments. Well usually anyway, but in this case it didn't seem to be quite the case as I don't think from signing up for RanksPro to when it stopped working that any new features were added other than the PAID ADD ONs.
