Q: For a few months now I can't use Ranktracker which I bought for lifetime, it directs me to buy SUPPORT PLAN.
When I went here, I saw that everyone has the same problem. It seems that Ranktracker does not have a team financially capable of managing lifetime subscriptions.
Since we cannot use this product in any way at the moment, APPSUMO should provide the solution to the problem.
APPSUMO should discuss this breach of trust with the ranktracker team and seek legal remedy if necessary.

yeah and Felix won't reply on slack or FB. I just get a generic response, purchase appsumo support plan for $82/yr. we got scammed!
