Hi, does the QR code function similarly to the email widget? Specifically, if a client scans the QR code and is dissatisfied, will they be directed internally rather than to platforms like Google, TripAdvisor, etc?
I would like to know if RateMyService offers a public or private API that allows access to reviews and related data (e.g., author, date, rating, comment, statistics). If so, could you please share the documentation or details about how to access it?
While we don't specifically offer an API, we are able to extrapolate this data into a CSV file upon request. In future, we will also create a button for this.

Unfortunately, there is no way to configure the system to redirect only 5-star reviews to your Google Business Profile. The software was specifically designed this way to include 4-star reviews as well.
