I just found you through appsumo, and don't have existing account with you.
Let's sat I buy tier 1. And like what you offer, later on. As long as you have this deal available. Can I upgrade to t2, t3 or t4 ?

Apr 11, 2025A: Yes â you can absolutely upgrade to a higher tier or downgrade to lower tiers during your refund window as long as the AppSumo deal is still live.
The âno existing accountâ condition only applies to users who already have a paid subscription directly through our website. If youâre new and buying through AppSumo, youâre good to go for upgrades across tiers.

Thank you for that! Yes that clarifies things up a bit, but still I just want to confirm that I understand it right. Lets say that I buy your software (I get that I can downgrade during the first 30 days if I want to), and even outside of the of the 30 days. Can I still upgrade even though Iam over the first 30 days? And Iam only at ex. T1 ?

Yes, you can still upgrade after the first 30 days â as long as the AppSumo deal is still live. The 30-day window only applies to downgrades and refunds. Upgrades are allowed anytime while the deal is active, even if youâre already on Tier 1.
