Q: I'm debating refunding this before my 60 days runs out.
I was really looking forward to it, but I haven't been able to try it out yet because I don't have a mac. I use my PC and extra cameras to record. I purchased on the promise of the PC version coming out, but It looks like the development of the PC version has been pushed back further. Can anyone give me any good reasons to keep it? Thanks.

Developing a Windows version is a complex task that requires plenty of time and resources. In the meantime, I believe RECnGO still holds value for you. Thanks for responding, however I only use the PC version for recording as I don't have any ios or android devices that I can use to record. So even though it looks promising and I was looking forward to trying it out, I couldn't see hanging on to it without knowing for sure if it was for me or not, and already refunded it.
Q: I noticed I can only stream to one social media channel on live at a time.
when would you support multiple streaming channels. eg stream on Instagram, Facebook and tiktok YouTube at the same time
Thank you for the inquiry! It is true that you can only select one stream target at a time. However, while currently only Facebook and YouTube are integrated into RECnGO, you can already stream to multiple platforms simultaneously. You can do this by utilizing the CUSTOM RTMP feature. Just select “Custom” as your stream target. Then simply input the STREAM KEY and STREAM URL generated by another software. Various specialized solutions exist in the market to aid in distributing your live video to multiple platforms simultaneously. By integrating RECnGO with such a multi-streaming solution through CUSTOM RTMP, you can effortlessly stream on platforms like YouTube,TikTok, Instagram and others concurrently.
