What if I purchase Tier 1 and use it on my personal MacBook M2, then later decide to use it on a Mac mini M5? After a few months, if I buy a new device like an M6 MacBook or a newer version, will I be able to log out from the previous device and log in on the new one? Since it limits me to one device only, will this be possible without needing to make a request every time?

Tier 1 means 1 active Mac activation at a time, not one device forever. So if you replace your Mac later, you’ll be able to move the license to your new supported Mac.
Right now, if you need help moving an activation, we can help from our side. We’re also working to make this much easier, so you won’t need to email support every time you change your Mac.
The main rule is simple: Tier 1 should only be active on 1 Mac at a time. For using Reelify across 2–3 Macs at the same time, Tier 2 is the better fit.

Yes - Tier 1 is fine for that.
You can keep 1 active Mac at a time, and if you later move from a MacBook to a Mac mini or another supported Mac, we can help swap the activation.
