Q: Why my One time credits are being used instead of Daily ones?
Hi, I have been using Reoon for several months and I love it.. it is the best email verifier I have tested. However theres is a big "but" ... every time I run an email verification (single, bulk or use the API) my one time credits get discounted regardless of my daily quota availability. So I have consumed a lot of my one time credits without ever been able to benefit from the daily quota. please advise
P.S. I have sent more than two emails to support regarding this and never got a reply from you..

A: Thanks for the query. In order to upload an email list, you will need to have that many (or more) daily + lifetime credits available in your account. If all the credits are finished, you will not be able to upload new emails on that day. However, the next day, the daily credits will reset and you will be able to upload your list again. But if you need more credits, you can always purchase...
The daily credit resets everyday at 12:05 AM (Timezone GMT). The reset time is the same for everyone. So, it may or may not be the midnight in your location.

I just want to figure out true cost. Does 1 credit = any type of email verification for 1 email address? If not, please give a breakdown
