For some reason I can't download the app. It says the server is down.
Can someone help me with that?

A: Thanks for informing us about the issue. Our download server and license server was down for a short time because of the maintanance from the server provider. The servers are up and running now. Please try one more time and everything should work perfectly now.
Why is your license server offline. I had a scrape going for over a month with over 300,000 results. Now your license server is offline and I lost all my results.
Will the server be coming back online?

Please check Please note that, you can go to the data tab (before starting a new scrape) and export your data from there. We appreciate your feedback.
I'm not able to get emails in the Email section. The primary email section shows "Check Web-Email Column," and the Website Email column is blank. I have enabled website crawling option. Your customer support takes too long to respond. Without emails, the tools are incomplete.

A: Thanks for the query. Please note that the yellowpages of all countries do not provide email address in their website. Some yellowpages provides company website instead. In such cases, if you enable the web crawling feature, the software will crawl the website of that company and try to find out the email address. We hope this helps.
Q: How to speed up the process?
If we crawl a website, the tool takes time. Can we utilise the entire computer CPU to speed up the process?
